Good for him.
I heard him on one of the radio talk programs a few days ago.
Apparently, he was traveling to CA, stopped in AZ near the border. Encountered some 'people' out there late at night. They appeard that they were going to attack him, so he brought out his gun and actually apprehended them. He called the Border Patrol who finally came out. BP asked the aliens if they wanted to press charges against the Sgt. They did. Thus, he was facing charges.
This is no different than the Local Police force asking apprehended bank robbers if they want to sue the FBI. I think the reservist ought to sue the Border Patrol, and the agents involved should be arrested for conspiracy to violate his civil rights.
My, how astonishing that these law breaking illegals wanted to "press charges", no doubt after learning all about that option from the friendly BP types. Pathetic...
That would be Sean Hannity, talked to him for a long time. I hate Sean when he debates lefties to show how smart he is (why give them free air time?) But when the chips are down in a case like this, Sean, you da man!
What puzzles me about the story is that even after their confrontation was over, the perp continued the encounter after they had retreated into their vehicle.
Lemme get this straight..
.... good guy catches suspected bad guy(s) in the commission of a suspected crime...
...turns out the bad guy(s) are bad guy(s) and the crime is real ...
...and the taxpayer-paid 'officials' ,BP, asked the[illiegal] aliens if they wanted to press charges?!?!?!?!
Where's that WTF pic?????
Saw this story on FOXnews. Between this and the BP honcho bad-mouthing the Minutemen, I'm getting a pretty low opinion of the BP, at least the higher-ups.
BP asked the aliens if they wanted to press charges against the Sgt. They did. Thus, he was facing charges.<<<
That's a problem, IMO. Why is an officer with the UNITED STATES BORDER PATROL asking illegals if they want to press charges????????!!!!!!!!!
That aint right. What was the officers/panderers name?
