To: Protect the Bill of Rights
I have another non-Catholic question. Is there a specific reference regarding the teachings and beliefs of the Catholic Church written for those of us who are not familar with church doctrine?

At over 800 pages, it is decidedly not "for Dummies," but it is comprehensive and exact. And the new Pope was the president of the commission that, under John Paul, put together the Catechism of the Catholic Church

Gosh, the Baltimore Catechism brings back memories. I believe though that when I was a little mite (back in the -50's) there was a children's Catechism...perhaps a "kid's version" of the Baltimore Catechism????
