I am an Irish-Scot Presbyterian; we've been kicked out of more countries than Idi Amen has been. :-)

And I am a PCUSAer who will NOT give up!

Ah, a Scotch-Irish Carolinian, the Holy Trinity of stubborn! :)

Seriously...you might want to look at the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) if the PCUSA just pushes you over the edge. A PCA church in South Carolina was where I came to know Jesus thanks to some wonderful teaching, and the wife and I are looking around at PCA churches up here in Richmond. It all depends on the local church, obviously, but you might want to give PCA a look. From what I've seen, they're very missions-oriented and doctrinally conservative, none of this politically-correct PCUSA claptrap.

Never give up. We're with you 1000% .........and if they try to throw out the PC anywhere in the world, we will sic the Pope's legions on 'em. They'll be damned sorry if they trifle with the PC. So there.
