Unless someone has bugging devices in the Vatican, I can't imagine we can even begin to guess what their choice will be.
(Anyway, aren't they supposed to be praying and receive divine inspiration?)
Interesting. St. Malachy in the 11th century wrote that the third to last pope would be born when the sun was blotted out and exit when same (John Paul II was born and buried on days of a solar eclipse). The next to last pope would be a "man of olives" and serve until 2008 - could this cardinal be the "man of olives"?
