Well, personally, I think the extra leg belonged to one of the Iraqi/Middle Eastern guys who was helping McVeigh & Nichols. He either didn't get out of the way fast enough, or he planned his "72 Virgins" martyrdom ahead of time.

In no way am I disagreeing with you, but what is bothering me is the shaved leg.
First, we can rule out anybody who was French.
Second, do Middle Eastern women shave their legs? I don’t know any so I ask this question sincerely.
