...Kid is repeating a grade, has maintained poor performance, is disruptive but, yet, the ACLU wants to "protect" him from discrimination.
I wonder if his dad is okay with this?

Leave the kind in school as an example of what kids ought NOT do with their lives...
I'm surprised he makes it to and from school in one piece.
Future leader of the Democratic Party?
I'll bet he gets really mad when people laugh at him, too. Looks like a potential school shooter to me. Thanks a bunch, Mom.
Ostensibly he's at school to learn a curriculum not to 'Self-Express'.
A typical member of the Democratic Underground.
Why is it that my daughter won't bring home a nice boy like this. ;-)
Fat drunk and stupid is no way to go thru life son.
My son wanted to dress like this kid when he was in HS but I said "N-O NO!" Instead, he snookered me into the baggy pants theme.
The ACLU? I heard somewhere his makeup was attributed to a religious practice.
Oh, I see- he's an idiot.
Little Precious is such a cutie....
Freak
In the early 60s I got suspended from Highschool for 3 days for wearing a coat and tie.
SO9
Mom lets him look like this? Shocked! Shocked I am that he getpoor grades.
And you have to have a license to own a gun, but any moron can squeeze out a kid.
Bwaaaaaa! That picture hurts my Feeeeeeeeeelings! Eye Wanna Soo Sum Body !!! ;-))
Both freedom of expression and equal protection clauses of the constitution will make this a sure loser for the school system should the case go to the courts. These school systems always say they are following the law (it reminds me of the case in Upstate N.Y. where the young girl was suspended for wearing red, white, and blue beads as a show of support for our troops) but are too often breaking both State and Federal Laws.
These school administrators should be dismissed or worse for costing the taxpayers needless money to prosecute these idiotic cases.
While I wouldn't encourage anyone to dress in that way to express oneself, hey..."chacque on son goût" as the French say.
