McHale also said that last week a "high-interest vessel" in the mid-Atlantic en route to a U.S. port was intercepted, boarded by Coast Guard personnel and guided to a U.S. port. He indicated that the ship was considered a potential threat but he provided no details on the ship or its cargo.
