I was walking westward up my street at night, when a PBS – TV broadcast went on the air, I was watching a TV that was outside, and a male and female anchor where making political predictions for this coming weekend (like they do on the McLaughlin Group on PBS). I don’t remember what the woman said but the man said, “there will be a surprise U.S. attack and war with Iraq, no excuse me, it will be with IRAN at 09900 hours.” The man seemed surprised or nervous that he had said it out loud.
Anyway, since 09900 hours is not a real military time, I was just wondering if anyone had any idea's??
