If fraud is proved -- the greedy leech should lose everything tangible in her life.
She should be reduced to eating her own fingers and toes to survive...

If they can extract DNA this woman is toast. I doubt DNA would help, since they don't have a person to compare it to, and she probably didn't use the finger of a relative (Or perhaps she did : "Come here, kids - Mommy needs a hand!").

I use to work fast food when I was a teenager and my suggestion is that anyone who know how to cook their meals at home do so. What you do not see would disgust anyone. Last, buying your own groceries and preparing it at home will save you tons of money while eating healthier food hopefully.

I have been in Wendy's a few times recently. On at least one of these occasions it was crowded. I even saw a guy eating chili. I have been saying that this was probably a scam from when it first occurred. Nevertheless I haven't had much appetite on my recent visits to Wendy's. I think my appetite would improve if they can prove fraud.

The "legal community" might not do much about it on their own accord, but why not have Wendy's lawyers pursue the hell out of it? It might be nice if a law firm arose to handle cases for fraudulently sued companies, to go after shysters that handle garbage cases.
It might make a lot of other lawyers think twice about their "clients" before they take on a case.

I don't have a history of 10 lawsuits. I don't even have a single one, and I don't know anyone else who has. Same here. I did, however, bite into a large metal screw eating a Sabrett polish sausage that I bought from a street vendor. Damn near busted my tooth! I showed it to the vendor and he gave me another polish (sans screw).
I could have sued for millions!

Last, buying your own groceries and preparing it at home will save you tons of money while eating healthier food hopefully. Actually, the fast food giants like McDonalds' use higher quality hamburger than what many grocery stores sell for the simple reason that they have more to lose if someone gets sick from their food. They have to be able to prove 100% without a doubt that there was nothing wrong with their ingredients.
Grocery stores don't need to meet this burdeon of proof. They can always argue that the customer prepared the food wrong.
That being said, I can't eat fast food like I used to. My body just can't handle it. I've started cooking for myself much more than I used to (which was never).

Well, you know those sharks - professional courtesy, and all. But Wendy's itself, and other corporation could put pressure on their law firms to get tough on this. Threatened with the loss of a mega-client, these shysters would eat ground glass naked on Maine Street on the Fourth of July to keep the client happy.

My mother tells stories of my grandmother and she eating hamburger raw while preparing dinner back in the old days. Hell, the way she likes it cooked, it's still raw hot off the grill. ;)

The same thing happened to me, except with a small metal nut and a hamburger, at a charity bazaar at my cousin's middle school. I did the same thing you did, just got another burger. When these things do happen, I don't see why people are entitled to a fortune. They should either get their product replaced or get a refund, plus compensation for any medical bills or time lost from work seeing a physician. Nothing more, nothing less.

Wendy's was good fast food about 10 years ago. It's all crap now. Awful, horrible crap served by people that do not speak english. Have not been a customer for years. RIP Dave Thomas.
