I've been to Serbia on business, and I can tell you that Serbs hate Muslims now as much as they did during the Balkan wars of the 90's. If NATO won't destroy these training camps then they should allow the Serbian Army to do it. I can promise you they would crush any camps that exist, no question about it.
The biggest mistake that the US and NATO have committed in the region was to take the Muslim side against the Serbs

I was under the impression that the KCP dealt quickly and harshly with these kinds of threats in Kosovo.

The war in Bosnia will be securely over when it dawns on the majority of Muslim South Slavs that they are ethnic Serbs and that fanatically holding on to an identity ("Bosnian Muslim") based exclusively on an inherently confrontational and ethnicity-negating religion / ideology will lead them nowhere.

Sure - how much of the information in the article above is verifiable?
Aside from the Washington Post reference, that is, which refers to a now defunct islamist network, and not a going concern as implied by the Stratfor article.
Don't strain yourself trying to sort the hard info from the fluff, 'cause there is none - just because it's innuendo and BS that sounds nice to you is no reason to toss sanity aside, pythag: do that, and next thing you know you'll be making asinine comments about how Bosnians should cozy up to their buddies the Serbs, as if the 1990's never happened.
You should be more worried about what's going on in Kosovo, and how long you can maintain the illusion that it's going to remain a part of Serbia.
Then can you explain why the US KFOR troops are leaving Kosovo this year?
And how long can you hold onto the illusion that the Serb Army won't return to Kosovo to reclaim their territory? It's only a question of when it will happen.
In actuality, Rugova will survive a lot longer either under Serb or UN rule, if Kosovo becomes the KLA's personal internationally recognized sovereign criminal state that they aspire it to be, Rugova will have to start hunting for a convenient burial plot while the prices are still cheap.
