Prayers for TexasCowboy!
TexasCowboy has been using his hip injury as an excuse to prevent his friends from shooting his new riot gun.
Well some of us offered to take a look at it for him and he decided both a proffesional and sober opinion might make more sense.
So he found a coupon and now he is going to let some old saw-bones cut on him.
Probably a better idea than letting us do it, but a few folks feelings are still hurt!
Please all say a prayer for our Cowboy that he is back in the saddle again real soon.

I am blaming the forgotten ping on exhaustion. Three hours of cat naps in a 32 hour span makes ones brain fuzzy.

How wonderful that you were able to be with TC! That's just fantastic. And thank you for your post. Didn't sound 'fuzzy' to me. Hope you get a good rest, and thanks again!
To: RikaStrom
It is hard to but into words how wonderful it was to see TC.

So very happy to hear that TC rose to the occasion. His sense of duty, honor, and Texas hospitality wouldn't let him be groggy so as to be a poor host. I'm sure that, however his system managed that, it was a Good Thing for his overall long term condition as well.
Thank you for taking a little bit of Texas to our Texas Cowboy.

Thank You so much for the TC update. So glad you could spend time with TC, Faith and Joel.
Prayers and thoughts continue for our good FReeper friends.

Thank all of your for your prayers for Keira. They were answered. This is from her Dad's Sunday update:
Today was a good day, Keira was allowed to leave the PICU and move into the regular pediatric ward. We moved her from PICU at 11am this morning and spent the day testing how she could handle no medication except the breathing treatments and Tylnol.

That is good news! Well, not the travel horrors but glad that TC is hanging in there.

Thanks for the update and the ping. I'm glad that old cowboy gets to be surrounded by people who love him. It's good for his body and soul.

Thanks for the ping.
TC - I've seen the immediate level of response first hand here on FR, whenever one of us gets in a bind or just needs some comfort. You are obviously well liked, respected and somewhat revered here, so I'll add my own short prayer.
Dear God
Please hold TexasCowboy in Your arms, and provide the strength needed for him to return to us soon. Guide his family and friends so that they may alway feel Your hand in his recovery.
Amen
