Prayers for TexasCowboy!
TexasCowboy has been using his hip injury as an excuse to prevent his friends from shooting his new riot gun.
Well some of us offered to take a look at it for him and he decided both a proffesional and sober opinion might make more sense.
So he found a coupon and now he is going to let some old saw-bones cut on him.
Probably a better idea than letting us do it, but a few folks feelings are still hurt!
Please all say a prayer for our Cowboy that he is back in the saddle again real soon.

COOL!!!!!
Prayers for a speedy recovery for Texas Cowboy.
Which was probably 15-20 pounds too much.
I should have many Miss V reports tonight, but y'all will have to wait until tomorrow, as I need to rest up for the wedding, and need to hit the rack.
And a bump to that from a Wing Nut.
Gosh, did you move his horses too? Who gonna feed and water them?
Goodness this thread will last longer than the man's recovery!!! God Bless, TexasCowboy! My prayers are with you.
May His Mighty Power flow through your entire body, TC, snuffing out every bad cell the evil one strewed on his rampage...
There's a stock tank and plenty of grazing.
I reckon they'll need some feed this winter, though! ;-)
Thank you for the reminder of what *is* --
our God who freely gives us Amazing Grace!
Know you've left for church already, to give your sermon
to the little ones on pet rocks...wish we all could listen in!
God bless you and Jack abundantly, Sistah Nan, in your ministries;
and in your everyday life --
for TexasCowboy --- one of the really good guys!!

WVNan, that's just lovely. And true.
TC, we're all staying focused with you, asking God to surround you with heavenly love and healing. I'll say special Sunday prayers for you today from our little church nestled back in the cedars looking out over the treetops and heavenly blue sky beyond.
God bless.
Excellent. A personal thank you and salute!
Visited with TC for a few hours yesterday afternoon. He's doing very well and chompen at the bit to get sprung. We took a roll and stroll down the hall today and found a window to the world outside. One of his doctors pointed out that we could see the ocean from there. We ended up in a friendly spat regarding what the white specks on the water were. I said sailboats and he said birds.
I will return today with some ham hocks and collard greens with corn bread and brisket as his appitite has increased and home cooken heals faster than hospital food imho. :-)
I've once again printed out some of this thread and take it to him. I'm afraid the pictures are a bit off color 'cause I'm running out of ink but he'll get the idea.
Continued prayers 'cause that's what works.
Hugs to all yall.
P.S. Those with the ping lists please do your thing.
Good news about Texas Cowboy from amom!

You got that right! If TC is feeling good enough to get in a little spat and has a real hunger for real food he is doing much better.
Prayers Continue
BTW: next time I get sick will you cook for me?
BTTT!!!!!!!
