Federal authorities have detained two New York City teenage girls on immigration violations, alleging they were plotting to carry out suicide bombings.
Law enforcement officials said the case came to light during a serious, ongoing terror probe.
The 16-year-old girls, one from Bangladesh who lives with her family in Jamaica, and a second girl originally from Guinea, were picked up March 24 and placed in a family detention center in Leesport, Pa., said Manny Van Pelt, a spokesman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Wrong. Citizens of other nations at US soil should get protection of our laws according to the Constitution. The US Constitution applies to persons not citizens.
I understand what you mean. I mean that if they have broken into the county they should not get protections under the Constitution as US citizens do.

So, if you visit Canada any Canadian should be able to shoot you out of hand?
If they are here illegally, they should be arrested and should get the same immunities and privileges accorded to any other criminal in our country. There are laws dealing with illegals. But, they should still be given the same protections in our law as we extend to all our citizens.

It's called the 'US' Constitution, not the 'World' Constitution. It's original intent is for US citizens.

That's a rather silly assumption on your part, especially since you can't even spell Constitution properly. You're right I have not read the "Constution" - whatever that might be?!?... something you do on the toilet after morning coffee?? People vs. citizen in the Constitution (note spelling) is a matter of interpretation. Read the very first sentence of the 'Preamble' : "We the people of the United States..." - I consider the people of the U.S. to be citizens and I think most people would agree. Also read Article IV Section 2 : "The CITIZENS (Hello... it doesn't say people/visitors/migrant workers etc.) of each State shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several States"

This is not a competition in ad hominems. Read the Amendments to the Constitution, genius. Of course, the preamble says "We the people..." It was signed by Americans. Maybe if you concentrate on learning something without the stupid insults you will learn something.

It has nothing to do with original intent. Read the Bill of Rights. It doesn't say citizens anywhere. The Preamble has nothing to do with the laws and rights that are enumerated in the Constitution. Your point is completely ill-posed.
OK... why don't we just let anyone on US soil vote, including felons, children, illegals & the criminally insane. LOL
