That's a rather silly assumption on your part, especially since you can't even spell Constitution properly. You're right I have not read the "Constution" - whatever that might be?!?... something you do on the toilet after morning coffee?? People vs. citizen in the Constitution (note spelling) is a matter of interpretation. Read the very first sentence of the 'Preamble' : "We the people of the United States..." - I consider the people of the U.S. to be citizens and I think most people would agree. Also read Article IV Section 2 : "The CITIZENS (Hello... it doesn't say people/visitors/migrant workers etc.) of each State shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several States"
