I'm not prone to evaluate another guy's "cuteness." IMHO he's got "perv" written all over him.

He could use a brow wax. And a real shirt, not his undershirt. But he doesn't scream pervert to me.
I just showed the pic to my hubby to see if it set off his pervdar, and he says he looks like Stephen King. Hubby says he is potentially a perv but he can't tell from the pic.
