News outlets have investigated and authenticated the memo was real and came from Republican sources. So say the Democrats. Bwahahahaha. Does Lautenburg still have an active request for investigation?

Haven't we learned? It doesn't matter if it was fake, if Democrats say it was accurate that makes it "fake but accurate" and therefore Republicans are evil and should be removed from office - if not by the voters than by the judges. You Freepers are getting out of hand if you think the truth matters in any of this.

When I first heard about this and saw what this memo said, I knew right away that there was a more diabolical twist to the story. Do Republicans actually need a memo to inform them that the Christian Coalition would not be happy if they did not support the Shiavo's? This was a Dem. hack job from the beginning and I hope Sen Lott does investigate.

"We will not participate in the survey. News outlets have investigated and authenticated the memo was real and came from Republican sources. We have no further comment," said spokeswoman Tessa Hafen.TRANSLATION: "The Washington Post is carrying our water for us, and perpetuating this smear against the Republicans, so why should we want the truth to come out?"

She did not respond to a request to name the newspaper or network that had "authenticated" the memorandum. Nobody knows where the memo came from and they have backed off the story.
To: Cincinatus' Wife
"Sen. Frank R. Lautenberg, New Jersey Democrat, has called for the Senate Rules and Administration Committee to investigate.
"Those who would attempt to influence debate in the United States Senate should not hide behind anonymous pieces of paper," he said in his March 23 letter asking for the inquiry.
Mr. Lautenberg said yesterday that he never saw the document on the floor. Staffers in his office said they got a copy of it from a Web site and passed on copies to the rules committee."
_______________________________________________________________
Finally this is getting some major attention. It looks like this one is not going to be swept under the carpet after all. Lautenberg wants an investigation, by all means give him one. Everything I have read about it makes clear it was a particularly inept forgery. Interesting that Dingy Harry wouldn't talk to the Times, seeing as informed speculation says it likely came from his dirty tricks shop.

Was the Schiavo memo a fake?Yes
The old Dem./socialist/liberal media ran with it, molded public opinion with a complete lie. This country is still being destroyed by the old liberal media and the uninformed citizenry listening.

one Democratic official told The Post that a Republican senator gave it to a Democratic senator Of course the highly trained, nuanced, high-IQ, articulate MSM reporters did not identify the democratic official, nor the Republican or democratic Senators. We'll just have to accept the memo must be fake but accurate.

The memo is nothing to get excited about! It is only another part of the essence of the Democrap Party: PRACTICING THE PRINCIPLES OF FEAR, DIVISION, and HATRED!

- ...and one Democratic official told The Post that a Republican senator gave it to a Democratic senator.
- ...all 44 Democrats and the chamber's one independent, and only one of them, Sen. Tom Harkin, Iowa Democrat, said through a spokeswoman that he saw it circulated on the Senate floor.
Where's the mystery senator who received the memo? Please stand up.

News outlets have investigated and authenticated the memo was real and came from Republican sources Yeah. One MSM reporter changed their party affiliation in Los Angeles so they could keep Riorden out 4 years go. He/she never got around to re-regsitering so he/she is a registered "Republican" QED a "Republican source."

Ask Linda Douglass(ABC) to reveal her source was... someone gave/showed her the document.
I knew this was a fake when NO NAMES where mentioned from the git-go. They had stupid Bill Frist denouncing something he didn't even see!
The MSM isn't biased... it's just a DNC 527.

Democratic Party dirty tricks again. Leak a fake memo to the MSM and sit back and watch what happens.Just like Bill Clinton's "Team" in the White House basement sabotaged CIA, FBI and NSA efforts to protect our country. They even tipped off Mexican Communist Zapatista revolutionaires that their illegal arms shipment was targeted by the FBI after it had arrived in Long Beach Harbor. Result: All the arms got through to Mexico except one small truck load. Within two months Chinese AK-47s started showing up in the hands of street gangs in La La Land.
Oh, and flight 800. What happened there?:

Yes, just as thoroughly as the Rathergate memo, I suspect! They thought we'd never believe they'd try something so soon! Hunhh!
