You Be The Judge: Was Terri Schindler- Schiavo A Strangulation Victim?

Terri Schindler-Schiavo has died as the result of a death sentence imposed by Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit Court judge George W. Greer, the cruel and unusual punishment of death by starvation and dehydration----court-sanctioned murder.

While Florida law enforcement agencies have repeatedly refused to investigate alleged criminal wrongdoing in the case, saying that the statute of limitations had expired, there is no statute of limitations for homicide.

The Schiavo case has become a capital case.

Did you criticize Jeb Bush? His defaced photo's been censored numerous times. Bush Fanatics are reporting abuse if we criticize the Bush's in this regard. Duh, they didn't use their executive powers to save Terri from a cruel death by starvation and now the POTUS doesn't want to impeach the judges. This is so incestuous here in Pinellas. Wait until the next election cycle. Pinellas will be back in the dem column where it usually was until last time around.

I can't help fake GOPers. I'll help real ones but not fake ones. THIS IS ABOUT WEALTHY, CODGERS IN PINELLAS COUNTY LOBBYING AND RUNNING THE UNITED STATES from St. Petersburg law firms.

I wonder if it isn't more? The Florida law authorizing judicial murder (what else can deliberate withdrawal of vital nourishment and hydration be called?), as well as any other state's law condoning such actions, whether by a person's written or oral statements, are, in fact, illegal by virtue of The Declaration of Independence!

Every place I've ever lived, suicide is illegal. Assisting in suicide is illegal. And any state that allows it is in effect, not abiding by the promise of the federal government to protect and defend....

The Supreme Court of the United States has not obeyed the law! The Justice Department needs to present the above to the SCOTUS. (What's the title of the attorney who does this? The late Barbara Olsen's husband's position from which he recently retired.)
