"Jeb Bush can't run for President because he couldn't stand up to a two bit, connected swamp judge, a faux leader we do not need. We already have one of those."

Totally agree!

He signed the laws passed by the legislature in the first place. Was he governor in 1999 when they passed the law that qualified food and water as part of the life prolonging process, instead of ordinary care of a patient?

Do you or anyone else have the bill number that originally allowed the removal of food and water?

Well, it's law now so it would be in the Florida Statutes under guardianship laws, possibly under exit protocols. I looked at those in 2003. The Florida Statutes are on line, you can google for the entire Fl Statutes & probably find the one you are looking for.

Jeb was re-elected in 2002 for 4 years so in 1999 I think Jeb was Gov. Ck the math. Ck when Gov. Lawton Childs died. Jeb became governor the year right after Childs died in the gym at the mansion (he didn't like security to go to the gym with him - he had a heart attack). Buddy McKay WAS GOVERNOR for about 3 weeks before Jeb was inaugurated though.
