Theresa Marie Schindler... May Daily Thread 2005 CALL TO ACTION: Our Fight for Justice Continues
Various Sources ^ | April 3, 2005 | floriduh voter

Posted on 04/03/2005 5:19:05 PM PDT by floriduh voter

Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.

I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.

There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.

The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.

I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.

Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.

I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.

I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.

PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.

HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.

Thanks, FV

CHECKING nicmarlo's user posts for Monday April 11th evening:

BINGO. Ken Connor was Jeb's attorney for Terri's Law works for Wilkes & McHugh. Looks like Wilkes & McHugh contributed to these folks and they were representing Jeb re: Terri's Law. Problem? To the untrained observer, YES.

This keeps getting deeper and deeper.

I SEE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST EVERYWHERE I TURN. Let me outta this crazy state! Did Wilkes & McHugh donate to anyone else who voted against Terri?

957. Ken Connor works for Wilkes & McHugh which is based in Tampa but he stays in Virginia. W & M donated to Nancy A's campaign. Ken Connor was Jeb Bush's attorney re: Terri's Law. I shook his hand at court and thanked him.

Dear Nancy A., it's a sin to send someone to heaven early, i.e. if they are murdered in a barbaric way thanks to a certain judge who should be impeached yesterday.

I'll leave that up to you all.....I'm just posting information. I'll tell you this much, though...something sure doesn't look right, IMHO, with all those people I've listed thus far getting so much money from the health care industry/insurance companies/lawyers.

Sen. Nancy Argenziano, R-Dunnellon, after staying up all night looking for wisdom in the Bible, voted against ...."Maybe it's a sin not to send someone to heaven," said Argenziano,,, "God is perfectly capable of keeping a person alive, with or without a feeding tube.

This looks like a case of a liberal who has no idea what the Bible is about - wherever in the Bible she could come up with that - not in my Bible.

We'll see a lot of this as the left -ala Hitlery - will be thumping Bibles to appear religious, because of the vote. but they won't understand it, because they don't have the spirit to understand what they're reading. the Bible will 'thump' them back.

They USE the Bible as a weapon (like the Pharisees and Sadducees). They don't read it and apply it to themselves, the way God meant for it to be used.

FOX NEWS Ginny Brown-Waite (R) is on.

In Congress, Ginny voted NO ON TERRI.

However, she is on Greta Van Susteren talking about new legislation to protect children from sexual predators.

Jessica Lunsford will get a federal law in her name, like Carlie Brucea did and Terri got zip from our country in life and then the state carried out/sponsored her barbaric death.

Too many innocent girls and women in Florida are being victimized.

per Fla AG Charlie Crist, Nancy Argenziano (R) is going to work on the law to protect children from sexual predators. I'd like Nancy A. to explain why the disabled aren't worth as much as the children to her.

SEN. BURT SAUNDERS JOINS GRAYROBINSON
New Naples office is the firm's eighth

TAMPA, Fla. (September 1, 2004) - Florida Sen. Burt Saunders (R-Naples) has joined GrayRobinson, P.A. as of-counsel and will practice from the firm's new Naples office in the areas of health care, land use and state and local government law.

"I have long been familiar with GrayRobinson and the firm's stature throughout Florida," said Saunders. "I'm pleased to be a part of GrayRobinson's growth in southwest Florida, and I'm excited about the future of this firm."

Saunders, who will practice in GrayRobinson's Government Law group, was first elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 1994. After a four-year term, he successfully ran for the Senate District 37 seat in 1998 and will continue to serve until 2008. Saunders was formerly with the law firm of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A.

"The addition of Sen. Saunders just builds on the strength of our health care and government law practices," said Biff Marshall, president and managing partner of GrayRobinson. "The new Naples office deepens our resources in meeting our clients' needs in southwest Florida."

change of subject. Here's the name of the lawyer that floated the memo about the benefits of saving Terri. He was probably right but then again, maybe he was trying to hurt Martinez. At this point, I think there are plants at all levels of govt. Why not this guy?

Lawyer Brian Darling, 39, a former lobbyist for the Alexander Strategy Group on gun rights and other issues, offered his resignation and it was immediately accepted, Martinez told the Washington Post.

Alexander Strategy Group: I wonder if they are pro-Hospice? I'll check.

FV, I've got to call it a night, here. I'm pretty tired. Have a good rest of the evening and hope you find out some information on Darling. I haven't found much exciting....some background information, and such, but nothing that you're looking for.
