The Judiciary has been quietly usurping the powers of Congress for years, and it brings us to this sorry state. The fact that DeLay was so broadly attacked for his statements tells me that the Democrats, the mainstream media and most of the courts are actually ignorant of the Constitution... that, or they simply don't care. Congress HAS the power to rein in the courts, but do they have the will? That is the only question here. I'm told that once our Navy was a navy of "wooden ships and iron men"...Now we need iron men in Congress to act, and not be cowed by a bunch of libs in black robes.

Great post but please they are not ignorant of the Constitution.

Just as Pravda means "truth" in russian, the truth to rats is that which advances their agenda. Factuality is irrelevant.
