FReepers.
I am pinging you because this may be a 'smoking gun'.
Below is Terri's Hospice Certificate for Woodside Hospice House (***)
NOTA BENE: Please notice the following:
1) NO physician signed this Certificate for Woodside Hospice House.
ERGO: Michael Schiavo and Greer acted without a medical license.
ERGO: They had to murder her and cover it up.
2) Look at the "Terminal Diagnosis.
It appears to have been changed after the fact. It was clearly written while the
rest was typed, AND in a handwriting different from the rest.
In medical records, that is a sign of tampering. I bet whiteout is underneath.
3) The Certificate states she will live less than 6 months. Yet they took $$$ from the insurance company(ies?)
and you know the rest.
ERGO: They apparently had to murder Terri to cover it up.
Wow! Excellent find, Diogenesis. Let me assure you that no one will do a thing.
Seen this?
PB
Thanks, Dio.
All very suspicious.
#336 is still there!
Yes, I saw the "re-write" of diagnosis immediately.
The other changes (address in upper right, etc.) were lined-through. Like legitimate changes are supposed to be.
Thank you Diogenesis for the ping.

(snip)
In April, 2000, without court approval or knowledge of the Schindlers, Terri Schiavo was moved to Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, operated by Hospice of Florida Suncoast, without the proper certification. Although the certificate was signed by the hospice medical director who was under direct administration of Felos as board chairman, Dr. Victor Gambone, her attending physician at the time, did not sign the certificate of need as mandated by federal law. He has since testified under oath that she was healthy and that Terri was moved to the hospice not on his orders, but rather those of Michael Schiavo.
Dr. Gambone has since resigned as the attending physician for Terri Schiavo.
Thanks, this is certainly disturbing. To me your post is like the "Buckhead 47" of the Schiavo affair.
Thank you Dio.
I've been away for a few days. This is very suspicious.
Major no no to use white out on medical records...not even allowed at the nursing station desks in hospitals I've worked in. I have filled out death certificates. It is possible that the Terminal Diagnosis was left blank for the attending physician (who never signed!)
I expect that hospice won't be around very long now.
