Has anyone started to wonder just why a woman who was not terminal was in a hospice?
Hospice is supposed to be used only for 6 months by the terminally ill, not for 5 years as happened here.

I don't know about the particular facility where Mrs. Schiavo was confined, but some facilities provide not only hospice care, but skilled nursing and convalescent care, among others.
Well, the point really is that she was not terminal. Why was she taking up space in a hospice?
