Both the name of the primary care-giver and the terminal diagnosis have been whited out, Schiavo's name is typed, the diagnosis is hand-written.
I gather that the 'terminal diagnosis' on the form is a requirement of admittance to an hospice, AND ANSWERS FOR ME AT LEAST, WHY THE ADMITTING DOCTOR DIDN'T SIGN THE FORM!

Woodside owes Medicare about 15 million dollars for unqualified benefits paid. The report mentioned patients admitted, but not terminal. Were they even being paid for her hospice care?

My point is that the ACLU has had their fingers in this mess from the beginning, they were the group that had deep concerns about death row inmates rights for a humane execution, well if they think that dehydration and starvation is so peaceful, why not recommend they use that for the death row inmates

Below is Terri's Hospice Certificate for Woodside Hospice House (***)

NOTA BENE: Please notice the following:
1) NO physician signed this Certificate for Woodside Hospice House.

ERGO: Michael Schiavo and Greer acted without a medical license.

ERGO: They had to murder her and cover it up.

2) Look at the "Terminal Diagnosis.
It appears to have been changed after the fact. It was clearly written while the
rest was typed, AND in a handwriting different from the rest.

In medical records, that is a sign of tampering. I bet whiteout is underneath.

3) The Certificate states she will live less than 6 months. Yet they took $$$ from the insurance company(ies?)
and you know the rest.

Cyril Wecht is an OUTSTANDING FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST. He has been recognized world wide. He has an allegation against him to do with money in Alleghany county in PA - that however, has nothing to do with his forensic abilities. Besides the other allegation is just that, an allegation.
