My point is that you can not impeach a Judge for what amounts to a Liberal interpretation of the Constitution anymore then you can impeach a Judge for a Conservative one. It would never get anywhere. You think Democrats are going to vote to impeach? That's what you'd need to get it off the ground. We would make fools of ourselves if we even tried it. The answer is to appoint better Judges.
O.K. But you can't do that if the Dems are allowed to do this fake filibuster. We need to apply the "Constitutional option" and get ir done!!
