Just announced on FoxNews that the Schindler family will hold a press conference at 4:30 PM EST.
He'll probably get the courts to issue a restraining order against the Schiavos to keep them from visiting Terri's grave without asking his permission.
There is no common-law marriage in Florida. Jodie Centonze and Michael Schiavo were, until nine this morning, cohabiting in an adulterous relationship.

Seriously he was shameless. Consider his consent to an autopsy has now been exposed as a fraud. The autopsy would have been mandated under FL law regardless of any family consent or non-consent.

Nah, can't do it, don't know enough about it, don't care enough about it. All I heard was Handel going off for the last 5 or 6 shows, and continually getting more offensive. Some nonsense about the Schindles suing MS for the malpractice dough, and selling donation lists, and using peoples emotions to raise more dough. Sounds kinda like hogwash to me, however ...
This morning's emphasis was on the myths of TS and how the wackydoodles were already saying that the autopsy's empty cerebral cortex would be because of the dehydration and not that she's been a veggie for 15 years. Y'know, the myth that she was seeing and feeling and fighting to survive up to the last minute. I believe he thinks that some of y'all truly think she's gonna be resurrected. As ugly Limbaugh is on the one side, Handel is equally ugly on the other.

The longer he stays out of the sight of media and out of interviews, does it make him more valuable $$$ wise to Barbara Walters, Oprah, etc.?
It would be understandable if the Schindlers at this point simply expressed their grief and walked away from this outrage. They have been through so much.
But I hope they will find the strength, today and in the near future, to continue voicing their outrage loud and clear. I would like to see them become politically active on the issue, as Mark Klaas did on criminal sentencing. I'd also like to see Michael Schiavo completely ruined, reputationally and financially, in civil court.
