The Temple Mount has been administered by the Muslim Wakf, currently under the control of Jordan, since 1967. Israel is responsible for security, which I suppose this could fall under, however the Wakf has been destroying artifacts for years without action being taken.

I am aware of this arrangement. It is not working. Whoever has the sovereignty of this are - and I feel it should be Israel - must be held responsible for preserving Jewish historical sites.
