I am opposing it. Just pointing out that the judiciary has no trouble "making" law. Congress passed a law which essentially said, "due process requires a review of the case". The judiciary blew us off. That along with all the other things that have been foisted by our judiciary requires action.
And they got it - neither Whittemore or the 11'th found due process violations. What Congress should have done is mandated injunctive relief - that would have put the tube back in pending a full-blown rehearing at the federal level. But they didn't. They could have saved her, and they didn't.
