OH? Massachusetts Supreme Court sure thinks it has the power to order that a law be "fixed" or else. We're supposed to be opposing that in all cases, not merely when we don't like the outcome.

We're supposed to be opposing that in all cases, not merely when we don't like the outcome.I am opposing it. Just pointing out that the judiciary has no trouble "making" law. Congress passed a law which essentially said, "due process requires a review of the case". The judiciary blew us off. That along with all the other things that have been foisted by our judiciary requires action.
