What's really sad is watching a nation that once was special, where, for the first time in the history of mankind, every life was viewed as sacred, descend into the ranks of the mud countries, where life is cheap and expendable, and the law is whatever the petty tyrant du jour says it is and you don't have to like it, you just have to accept it if you know what's good for you.
Pray for America.
I wish it were that simple, but this judge followed the law - a bad law passed by a bunch of legislators who, apparently, couldn't be bothered to read the damn law before they passed it. FOr once a judge actually rules on the law as the law is written - not interpreted or twisted or ignored - and he gets crucified.
I blame the people who passed this crappy bad law that allowed this to happen in the first place.
