Michael Shiavo did not allow Terry's family to be with her as she left this earth.
I heard that on Fox too. How could he not let her parents be with her? One last act of cruelty.
I can only conclude that the man was hurting the Schindlers on purpose. What a vicious, horrid little man.
Micheal Shiavo, the hospice, and the judge did not really want the parents in there at all...ever.

Lawyers being on the board of the hospice.
Judge having investments in a hospice developement group.

IT IS OBVIOUS THAT MICHAEL SHIAVO, THE HOSPICE, AND THE JUDGE WANTED THINGS COVERED UP.

Michael had to have his last pound of flesh. Keep the parents away from Terri until she was definitely dead. So what was he afraid of? That she'd have a miraculous recover and wake up and tell everyone how her bones had gotten broken and how he'd tried to strangle her, etc.. Clearly, he was afraid the law would reach out and slap him in jail. He should still be afraid. That autopsy should tell a few home truths, which he and that fiend, Felos, will wave away as somebody else's fault. The two of them will churn out books, tv movies, and tabloid story rights galore. Disgusting.
I hear this was the case.

The media also noted that Michael had been living in the hospice since March 18th, the day the feeding tube was removed.
This was inserted apparently to show he cared:
I'm at work now and I'm deep shaken and sad however I think it must be asked if there was profound emotion and loss - why didn't he realize her parents emotions and have a change of heart in allowing them to be with her as she died? Could that not have been worked out?
It's somewhat hard to believe that he suffered a terrible loss.
Michael Schiavo has gained the status of, say, OJ Simpson. With that said I hope the media follows this guy, as the vultures they are, for months to observe whether or not this was a great loss for him. Outward signs and behavior can be very telling.
She is resting in peace.
