Most of the forty or so Dems were members of the Black Caucus. You were so hard up coming up with non black names that you named the same guy twice.
Those are three Democratic congressman-who aren't members of the CBC, and who hail from my state-that voted in favor of that bill.
Sen. Tom Harkin and Sen. Bill Nelson are two other prominent Democrats that I can think of at the moment.
I was only trying to convey the point that this was a decisive, overwhelming, bipartisan majority-in spite of the absences of some of the more timorous Dem. incumbents-that consciously defied by a state judge.
