I apologized for that error, which was made in haste.
Those are three Democratic congressman-who aren't members of the CBC, and who hail from my state-that voted in favor of that bill.
Sen. Tom Harkin and Sen. Bill Nelson are two other prominent Democrats that I can think of at the moment.
I was only trying to convey the point that this was a decisive, overwhelming, bipartisan majority-in spite of the absences of some of the more timorous Dem. incumbents-that consciously defied by a state judge.

Sen. Tom Harkin and Sen. Bill Nelson are two other prominent Democrats that I can think of at the moment. Harkin was one of three Senators who voted for the bill. The other two were Frist and Santorum. No other senators voted.

Rest in eternal peace, Terry - among the angels of light and the love of God.
My heavenly home is bright and fair,
No pain nor death shall enter there;
Its glittering towers the sun outshines,
That heavenly mansion shall be mine.
I'm going home, I'm going home;
I'm going home to die no more.
Let others seek a home below,
Where flames devour and waves o'er-flow;
Be mine a happier lot to own,
A heavenly mansion near the throne.
I'm going home, I'm going home
I'm going home to die no more.
