The only "failure" on the part of Congress has been their inability to confirm qualified judges to the federal circuit courts, and U.S. Supreme Court.

There was a bipartisan consensus in favor of saving Terri Schiavo. Unfortunately, the wishes of the legislative majority were overridden by a tyrannical state jurist.

No argument there, about a tyrannical state judge... But our country is effectively being controlled by a tyranical judicial branch, period.

Bull. You had three senators voting in the Senate. Most of them were willing to go along because they wanted to stay on their vacations and they didnt know which way it would cut so they didnt want to go on record. Just over half of the House voted and about 2/3 of them voted for it. So you are talking about a minority who cared enough to come back from their vacation and vote. And for most part only Dem votes were from the black caucus.

Correct.

It's the judges, people. The judges are what are out of control.

Attacking our own only stregthens the Enemy.

They also failed to hail Judge Greer's sorry ass into jail for contempt of congress. That just MIGHT have gotten the attention of some of these black-robed Deathites.
