When the focus of the thread becomes placing blame on those who did what was in their legal power to help save this dear woman, it's time to leave.

Sure they will all claim that they've exhausted every avenue, that they've spent countless hours searching for some legal maneuver and did all that they could to try to save Terri. BUT ALL THEY HAD TO REALLY DO IS FEED HER!!

Every sip of water that I take, I will forever remember Terri.

You know, I've been trying to be peaceable about this in my heart, but I cannot stand it anymore. Let's read from the Declaration of Independence, shall we?

"When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

THIS NATION IS NOT A NATION FOUNDED UPON AND BOUND BY FALLIBLE HUMAN LAW BUT ON THE INALIENABLE RIGHTS EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING IS ENDOWED WITH BY GOD AND ANY TIME A LAW OF GOVERNMENT DENIES THESE RIGHTS IT IS INHERENTLY UNJUST AND WE HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO FIGHT IT!

Our Founding Fathers gave their lives for this principle. What have we done? Sit around and wash our hands of the matter because we believe an intepretation of man-made law prohibits us from doing anything? "The law doesn't allow" is not an excuse Adams, Washington, Hamilton, or John Jay would except.

Where are all the Federalists?

Not right to adjudge for ourselves the meaning of Florida and US Constitutions. Not right! It is our duty.

And I am not alone, giving my own specious reading of our fundamental laws. Others have gone to the Florida capitol and delivered the just and correct understanding of Jebb's authority and duty in this case.

Should the day come that we forfeit our duty to understand and make correct judgement of the Constitution, justly shall we become the slaves of tyranny.
