If the Pope dies today, that's a sign. Tomorrow would be exactly one week after Good Friday. That with Terri, I'd call it a sign if he dies tomorrow, too.

Stop it! He is NOT DEAD YET!!!

I posted this to a couple of other posters:

Last Rites are standard when a Catholic is very ill, but does not necessarily mean that death is imminent.

I know an attorney who had Last Rites, but got better, and went on to practice law again.

Last Rites can make a person physically stronger, as well as spiritually stronger.

I heard the Pope is stabilizing, but don't stop praying.
