Alan Colmes was just bashing Randall Terry and Fr. Paul who were speaking for Terri and the family. Alan kept badgering them to say that the protestors who tried to bring her water were terrible people, breaking the law, trying to crash police line to give this woman water and her family false hope. Over and over and over and over he badgered them about the horrific acts of the water-bearing protestors. I want to ask Alan Colmes where is your Swastika?

Part of the problem, IMO, and the reason the Schindlers made no progress in the courts was due to the lawyers they have and Randall Terry.

Maybe they chose them for financial or personal matters. But IMO that was a big part of it.

I had a childhood friend who became a nurse, her first job was a our local hospice.

She lasted one month.

Unfortuntely, what's happening to Terri is happening to many, many other people everyday. We just are hearing about Terri's case because of the conflict between the HINO and her parents. If they had all been in agreement, none of us would know about Terri.

My point had nothing to do with that. The other man is their Priest. Colmes didn't care who they were. He was angry that people tried to bring her water. Broke the law. Terrible thing. Yada, yada... Demanded the two men

It's a line which fits very nicely into the 'kill Terri, who cares?' movement--and the MSM repeats it all the time.

Curiously, no one seems to have hard numbers.

I heard some medical sort of person on the radio last night assuring the host that this was a sign of kidney failure and that meant her systems were starting to shut down. It's not necessarily a sign of anything other than the fact that she's had virtually no fluids in 11 day! Where does this bozo think she's going to get urine when she's been deprived of fluids for coming on two weeks? She may be getting some fluids if they are using an IV drip for morphine administration, but they probably have that running at the bare minimum, just enough to make it possible to give the morphine. She probably breathes or sweats away most of that before the kidneys ever have a chance to make any urine. A normal, healthy loses quite a bit of body fluid every day through breathing and sweating. It's called 'insensible' loss and it can be more than a quart a day. It's pretty simple, nothing in means nothing out, not kidney failure. Although I suspect her kidneys are starting to have pretty hard time of it now. God bless her and give the rest she so richly deserves. As for hubby, well.... I'll let the Lord handle that when the time comes.
