I also am a touch weary - we keep whacking the corpse of Nazism over the head, yet it continues to try and scramble out of the grave. That is because Nazism was only it's latest form. Did you know that almost every tribe on earth has the almost the same name? It translates to some variation of "The Real People" with the logical following that everyone else is "Not-real People".
Assigning non-person status to the disabled is just an extension of that way of thinking. They are different so they are not real.
