We have no interest in saving the public school, which was never meant to be what it is today. The Underground History of American Education

The public fool system receives FEDERAL money. With that comes FEDERAL strings. The public school belongs to the FEDERAL government.

If one really wants local control over local schooling, then start a local school w/o ANY FEDERAL or even STATE funds. Even if a couple of parents get together and start a small community based school.

Of course this means the parents have to get involved in their children's education. The parents will have to put their own selfish interests (their main interest anyway should be their child) aside such as football, new cars and all the other mindless junk.

Once the school receives even 1 penny from either the STATE or FEDERAL government its all over. The tentacles that'll spring forth from that 1 penny will be unending and will eventually strangle and destroy everything you've set out to accomplish.

What you said might hopefully wake people up. If we're paying the same taxes, don't we have the same rights as liberals?

If they really want to peddle their tax-supported ideas at a "diversity training" class, fine. Invite those who want to attend. But others have the tax-supported right not to.
