I think the article said that MRS owns here entire estate and can legally forbid others from putting up a memorial on their private property. He claims that Terri wanted no memorial.

Gee, why am I so surprised at this? So what's he going to do, patrol the cemetary to make sure they don't put something up for their girl? I'm sorry, but this is the last straw...
