I have to believe that the Appeals Court will move quickly, else why have agreed to hear this at all? Anyone agree?

Yes. Perhaps it's the new argument presented. Perhaps it's the one of two judges who ruled in favor before. We can only pray there is a hope here.

Catherine Crier, CTV ex-judge says the 11th just feels sorry for the parents. That's why they agreed to hear the appeal. She kept saying Terri is brain dead. Michael is her husband, yada yada yada

Brian set her straight on the brain dead...she smirked
He said you judges stick together...she said she is for the law
He then congratulated her on her Scott Peterson book being #1. I am nauseous
