What shocks me is how ignorant the public is about what is REALLY happening here!!!
The public won't be so ignorant when it is they, perhaps in old age, in the bed being dehydrated and starved to death.
And once again, we can blame one of my favorite whipping-boys, the media, for keeping much of the public totally ignorant. Just complete ignorance.
Just as those of us who have followed it for 2+ yrs or more have come to some certain conclusions the general public's perceptions will change as they learn more about it. They will attack whoever they perceive to be to be in the wrong about it. Politicians would do well to remember that public opinion can turn 180 degrees at the drop of a hat.

Yes, I contiue to hear and read the same myths and lies perpetuated, such as "Terri has been in a Persistant Vegetative State for 15 years" blah, blah. She is NOT! If they would take 5 minutes to actually read the description of a PVS, it is so clear that she is not in one!
Some are ignorant, and some are apathetic maybe because they have no hope in their lives (y'know..."eat, drink & be merry, for tomorrow we die.").
