After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

There were many times in the Bible when God showed his might in deliverance. Joshua at the battle of Jericho comes to mind.
I've been praying a lot in that manner.
I went to one of those threads before Terri's tube was pulled or the day it was pulled, can't remember. All I know is they gave Awestruck a TERRIBLE time. I was so surprised. I didn't post anything, just read the thread and left. I found this thread and haven't left it.
Sen Rick Santorum is also flying into Florida and will be at hospice tonight with Sean on H&C.
Jeb could call an emergency session, right? If they get the 3 votes they need?
Probably just pure silliness on my part to even think of such a thing.
Those who have the authority to save Terri are refusing to do it. Of course, I do not believe that a two-bit judge, such as Greer, has the authority in this country to sentence an innocent person to a horrible death without even a trial or her having a lawyer.
hmmmmm.....I wonder what the JJ haters "out there" will have to say about Rick? That he showed up too late? That he just wants camera time?
Hypocrits
I'll pass LOL, I'm sure you got the info you needed.
He's not exactly popular with conservatives, I'm very surprised he's speaking up for Terri. Thank you Lord that he is on the side of life for Terri.
Yes he could do that. The Sen Pres could do it as well. The Senate will be in session tomorrow but if God could move them tonight that would be incredible.
A lot of good Jesse's gonna do her now. Where was he 2 weeks ago, last year, 10 years ago?
AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!!!!!
Have you seen this, Joanna?

Whistling and clapping here.
The reason they were getting denied on the federal level is that you have to show NEW and compelling evidence and it has to be a federal question....so maybe they found a new angle to go with.
Whatever Rev. Jesse Jackson's reason, he is doing the right thing. Terri needs help from everyone.
I don't know. I do know that Sen King will probably strut about like a peacock again but whatever. By the time the next election comes around the word should have managed to get around about him, so I honestly don't think he'll get reelected.
I also heard Jay Sekulow say that something else has been filed in ref to disability rights. Did anyone hear that? Is it the same filing that Scoop wrote about?
Yes, as one of Sean's guests was saying, Santorum should go to Tallahassee tomorrow and "go the extra mile" lobbying there.
That has to be Terri's Psalm.!!!!
