Friday, March 25, 2005 10:57 p.m. EST Greer Got Donation From Mike Schiavo's Lawyer
Reclaiming America, an organization backed by Rev. D. James Kennedy, reported that a serious conflict of interest may exist for the Fla. State Judge who is ruling on the Terri Schiavo case.
The report from Reclaiming America follows:
As if the circumstances surrounding Terri Schiavo could not get any more suspicious, the Center for Reclaiming America has uncovered evidence that Pinellas-Pasco County Circuit Judge George W. Greer accepted a campaign contribution from the law firm of Michael Schiavos attorney only one day after "Terris Law was declared unconstitutional by a Pinellas county court. This appears to establish a clear conflict of interest between Judge Greer and the best interests of Terri Schiavo.
Judge Greer has been responsible for establishing "the facts in the case of Terri Schiavo. Sadly, he has dismissed or ignored testimony from 33 physicians (15 neurologists) who are willing to testify that Terri is not in a persistent vegetative state and can improve, he has refused to allow the Florida Department of Children and Families to conduct a criminal investigation of Michael Schiavo, he has refused to honor a subpoena from the U.S. Congress, and he has blocked virtually all efforts from the Schindler family to save the life of their daughter.
According to public records available from the Florida Department of State: Division of Elections, Judge George W. Greer received a campaign contribution from the law firm of Felos & Felos during his re-election efforts in the spring of 2004.
Of course, no direct evidence suggests collusion between the two parties, but the timing of the campaign contribution is highly suspect.
On May 6, 2004, a Pinellas county court struck down legislation ("Terris Law) passed by the Florida legislature and signed by Governor Jeb Bush, which was designed to halt a previous attempt to starve Terri Schiavo to death.
On May 7, 2004 only one day after the ruling Judge Greer received a campaign gift from the law firm of Michael Schiavos attorney.
This was not due to a fundraising effort, as this was the only contribution made to the Greer campaign fund on that particular day.
So the judge is being paid to murder Terri? HMMM!
If this, . . . well, gentleman is in an elected judgeship, why has the recall procedure not yet been initiated??
RoK
and Guardian Ad Litem (John Pecarek) - Testified at Schiavos guardianship removal hearing in front of Judge Pennock. Gave glowing report of Michael Schiavo as Terris guardianship duties. His testimony was contrary to Dan Novaleski, the court investigator appointed to research Terris case. Something happened to influence his testimony

LOL, I notice they didn't spell Greer's name correctly in the photo caption. They spelled it "Greef." But then, maybe it was foreshadowing.
To see sausage being made can revolt one to the point of never eating it again.
This judicial incest of judges has turned me off on the entire legal system. It is a sickening process to witness the tiny glimpse we have now seen in the light of day. One can only imagine what goes on otherwise in the darkened and shuttered halls of (non) justice secluded from prying eyes.
Felos contributed to a Republican campaign? What a garden tool!
PING to Diogenesis.
This is the perfect thread to post your donation chart on!
I am firmly convinced Judge Greer is a hard core misogynist.

Wow! I retract.
You mean Judge GRimrEapER.
I LIKE that!
George Noory just discussed this on his program a few minutes ago.
I just can't say it is too late for Terri. It isn't! God always comes through when all others have given up hope. Please pray that this will swiftly reach the media and Governor Bush's office. People need to be mailing this article to every journalist and government official they can think of.
"...And the judge said "Guilty" in a make-believe trial
And slapped the lawyer on the back with a smile
Said' supper's waitin' at home and I gotta get to it"
That's the night that the lights went out in Florida
That's the night that they starved an innocent woman.
Well, don't trust your soul to no Florida Hospice lawyer
'cause the judge in the town's got bloodstains on his hands..."
I just read on Fox news that Terri Schiavo is bleeding from her tongue and her eyes, and that her skin is flaking off.
If I could I would vote for the death penalty for Michael Shiavo, Judge Greer, and George Felos, for they are murderers.
