I hope everyone is contacting the president too. Either one of these men could take action under the Constitution.

I've read some, don't remember the names, Terri detractors here on FR against Gov. or Pres. Bush doing anything because it would lead to a crisis of Constitutional powers. I wonder how many of them whine on about judges in this country. If there is a Constitutional crisis, it's the judicial system that did it. They just threatened the other two branches of government.

Does either of the state or federal chief executors have the guts to rise to the task? They may not want to take on an out of line judiciary, but it was given to them. I'm sure there are a lot of things they don't want to do among the pagentry of the office, things too hard.

Too bad, they swore an oath.
