If Terri had WANTED life support DIScontinued, she could have signed a Living Will. What was she suppose to sign to say she WANTED to be fed?

Florida law allows for oral declarations, not just written.

But IANAL.

Excuse me? Please read my post again. Removing nutrition and water was ILLEGAL before 1999. Terri could not and would not have asked for such a thing. And if your post is about my leaving out food, starvation is not what's killing her, dehydration is.
