It is amazing to me that whatever the Schindler side produces as evidence is considered "made up" or hearsay, but the Schiavo side is factual evidence. This is the problem as I said from the start. The federal system is a problem I admit, but the real culprit here is the Florida State Judicial system, starting with the blatantly "unfair" and "biased" proceedings of the Greer court and ending with the appeals process who never stopped and said "hey, what's going on here". To me a new trial is in order and that is the only solution to get to the truth. It is a waste to deal with the federal courts...but I am not sure how to go about undoing what has already been done on the state level...an investigation is in order. Under whose authority would that fall?
I agree, I think it is time for a brand new trial with a brand new judge! And i bet that HINO would be removed from gaurdianship and Terri could go back to her parents. Somehow I don't ever see this is going to happen!
