I agree, I think it is time for a brand new trial with a brand new judge! And i bet that HINO would be removed from gaurdianship and Terri could go back to her parents. Somehow I don't ever see this is going to happen!

I was listening to a local talk radio today on the way to work. The commentator stated the Shindlers were bothering the courts and eventually would not even be heard if they continued. Duh!
