This has been a set-up from day one. Felos knows as long he can keep Greer in charge of this case, Terri's loses. Any number of times Greer could have allowed the Schindler's a different judge but he continues to cling to it, almost spitefully. He has ruled against the Schindler's almost every time.
I've asked myself why? Robert Melton, auditor in Pinellas Park has discovered guardians misusing monies so maybe that's part of it.
I don't believe Greer realized it would be a big case and it would stay under the radar. However it's grown much bigger than he expected and he cannot afford for it to leave his courtroom. It stinks and I believe he's hiding something and the only way to clear himself of the stink is to kill Terri and get her body cremated.
I believe he will do everything in his power to control this case, whatever his reasons are.
Oh, it's in the 6th Circuit all right. It's a class action. Then there's the Software company subsidiary that's received illegal funds. It doesn't matter what he (Greer) believes. The US STATUS QUO=LIFE is at stake. It seems George is suffering from Lame Duck syndrome. Jeb should feel nothing to loose he doesn't have much future. I think he should be looking to establish himself by looking to develop new mode for a governmental system of righeousnous he is responsible for and is a focus of failure. Jeb forcing in to right a grave murderous wrong would serve to help all. The sight of a sacrifical Governer- people would respect and forgive for the heartfelt sacrifice. People are looking for a real leader who is/would be brave enough to commit to the most opressed and righteous, right were we live. The whole world is looking at us as a society of righteousness. Nevertheless, here we are a society of Judicial sanctions of murder upon a defenseless women in the light the PETA. The Animals have more rights.. They just have to move their eyes and breath. Everyone knows that they want to live... how come they are more protected with sanction.
