Praying for Terri

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that we can yet bring Terri and her desperate needs before the Throne of Grace. Sustain her, O God, in this dark hour. Let no one come near her who would hasten her death, for her family is still seeking justice through the courts. We continue to pray for that one Judge who will soften his heart toward her ... one who will grant justice long denied. We are weary, O Lord, but she is weary to the point of death. Her family is weary under the weight of unbearable strain. Help us, O Lord, to carry their burden, that they faint not.

Grace the words of the attorneys as they appear before Judge Greer. Thank You that You again have given him the opportunity to spare the life of this condemned woman ... work in his heart, O God ... may he listen to the urgings of the Holy Spirit ... may he relent.

We seek Your merciful hand upon this mother's child ... let not man take her life ... redeem her, O Lord, in the Name of Jesus, we pray, Amen ...
