Correct. The judiciary has become our new masters, free to ORDER people to DEATH. While we stand by and watch.

The liberals and media are against Terri living, not because they think she wants to die, but because they must maintain the absolute supremacy of the courts. They must continue the lie that judges make the law.

It appears from the Terri case that now a judge gets to enforce his own "laws."

In the end, the judge can only get away with that if the other branches allow him to. All the more reason for Jeb to step in, as you said.

First time online in a day or so.

Earlier today I was watching an NBC reporter do a stand up. He reported the Schindler family's account of Terri's condition, and then reported Michael Schiavo's account.

When the camera went off and he walked towards the back of the tent, he had a strange look on his face. He looked at a couple of his associates and said, "Somebody's lying..."

They must continue the lie that judges make the law....

I should add: They must continue the lie that judges make the law, AND THAT THEY HAVE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY AND FINAL SAY ON ALL MATTERS. They are "supreme," even the lowly Judge Greer.

President Thomas Jefferson spoke with a prophetic voice about exactly what we are now faced with:

"The care of human life and happiness, not their destruction, is the first and only legitimate object of good government."

He also said:

"The opinion which gives to the Judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what are not, not only for themwelves in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch."

The writer of the Declaration's worst fears have now been realized.

God help us all...
